~ 運行於松本和新島島之間的松本電鐵（現為Alpico交通上高地線）先前運營的是5000系（原東急5000系）。

~ 然而，由於車廂老化，該公司於1999年從京王電鐵收購了3000系，並開始以3000系的形式運作。

~ 由於最初的車廂是中間車廂，因此被改裝成前導車廂，部分列車加裝了除霜受電弓，車廂內部裝飾面板和座椅也進行了更新，車廂也重新噴塗了美麗的五色條紋“高原色”。

~ 2017年，為了振興這條線路，Moha 3003號和Kuha 3004號被重新噴塗成朱紅色和灰色，令人聯想到之前的Moha 10系。

~ 即使在後續的 20100 系列（以前的東武 20000 系列）推出後，這些列車仍繼續使用，但將於 2025 年 3 月 9 日停止定期服務。
