~ 313系列車是JR東海的通勤列車，於1999年開始商業營運。

~ 為了適應JR東海的電氣化線路，這些列車在設計上充分考慮了各條線路的需求，從列車長度到座椅佈局都進行了調整，從而實現了靈活的運營。 

~ 1300系列車於2010年開始商業運營，其特點是在車門之間設有可翻轉的橫向座椅，車廂兩端設有長座椅，並採用兩節車廂編組，且由一名乘務員駕駛。

~ 目前，這些列車主要運行於關西線、竹豐線和御殿場線，以及東海道線和中央線的部分路段。
