●UC7形は国鉄時代に航送用として登場した私有コンテナで、鉄道輸送の他一部の沖縄・韓国への海上航路で使用されました。

●西濃運輸が所有したUC7形の一部は2020年代に入るまで使用されていました。

●ベージュをベースとした塗装の他、青色ベースの新塗装に変更された個体も存在しました。

●旧塗装のコンテナ側面右上の文字は「特急便」「引越便」「海上便」の3種類が存在しました。
